Loren Richardson’s career journey with us is testament to dedication, adaptability, and continuous growth, and showcases personal development within our group.
Loren’s initial interest in IT during her school days took a bit of a backseat as she pursued business administration with plans of becoming a Legal Secretary. But with a familial nudge from her father, Dave Richardson, Operations Manager at Purdy, she joined us part-time while studying at college, before becoming a full-time Contract Administrator with us. Impressed by her skills and dedication, she was soon recognised as a “Super User” due to her tech-savvy nature and started to support the Accuserv system for Purdy employees. Loren’s role gradually evolved, focusing more on IT and business function support as the needs for our organisation grew.
Her proficiency and leadership qualities have led her to her recent promotion to Kinovo Support Team Leader, overseeing the team responsible for managing systems, administration, and various business functions, supporting nearly 250 employees.
Loren’s achievements include leading the transition from the desktop version of Accuserv to the web version of MRI Repairs, a project she led as the subject matter expert. The challenging project not only showcased her technical skills but also her ability to build strong relationships with external partners such as ADM and MRI, which was crucial for the successful implementation of the systems.
As Kinovo plc continues to grow, Loren is enthusiastic about the future, recognising the potential for further skill development and team growth. With a strong foundation, now in place, Loren aims to lead her team aligned with Kinovo’s values of integrity, innovation, reliability, reputation and being successful.
