DCB welcome a new starter

DCB are pleased to welcome a new starter into their team, Adrian Davanzo (Contracts Manager).

Objectives: Adrian will work in close co-operation with the delivery team to engage with all mechanisms from the supply chain to promote and forge good client relationships.  He will look to adequately resource the production delivery vehicle to maximise the productivity rate within the bounds of time, cost, quality and Health & Safety. Adrian will provide good leadership and support so as to represent DCB and the Kinovo Group in a positive and professional manor.

Adrian said, “Having worked in the construction industry for 27 years, first in the Durban City area, South Africa and for the last 21 years in Kent & London. I have picked up a broad area of experience ranging from Refurbishment to New Build Residential and Industrial sectors. I started in the Construction Industry in SA as a Trainee Site Manager working for the Multi-Disciplined Organisation WBHO. This gave me a very good practical grounding of the day-to-day site management process of an industrial estate development. I remained with them until I moved to England mid-2000 where I found the differences in the design and construction process due the weather element and the usage of gas fired boilers challenging at first, however I soon understood the meaning of good insulation and heating when I experienced my first winter in North London.

I have worked with top 20 residential main contractors over the past years on various sized projects up to 140 units and being promoted through the Project Management ranks off the back of successful projects.  I understand the importance of successful project delivery in order to forge good relationships with clients with an aim of securing repeat business.
