Our goals

ESG goals

Achieving our ESG goals will be a marathon of positive disruption and discovery, not a sprint – for management, employees, clients and suppliers alike. We are delighted that our journey has already started with great momentum including our goal to reach Net Zero by 2040. Some may argue that eighteen years or less is a very ambitious timetable, but we see it as a positive rallying cry to achieve what we must do for the good of our planet, our people and our profitability.

It is imperative that we put words into action and our performance will be tracked via metrics spanning our focus on the environment, our staff and our client interaction. Our ESG goals for 2024 are as follows:

2024 ESG goals

E
  • 8 vans transitioned to EV by 2024

  • Install charging points at drivers’ homes as EV vans are allocated by 2024
  • 100% renewable electricity tariffs in the offices where we have operational control by 2024
  • 49% Reduction in our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions by 2030

  • 81% reduction in all GHG emissions across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 2040

  • Implement an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Conduct an employee ethnicity review

  • Establish a D, E & I Council

  • Establish a Kinovo Communities Committee

  • Conduct an annual staff engagement survey

  • Establish and implement an ESG Supplier Code of Conduct for all Tier 1 and material suppliers

  • Review statutory maternity and paternity pay procedures

  • Engage and evaluate the ESG practices and compliance of all Tier 1 and material suppliers
