On Tuesday, 21st February Dawn Kemp, Group HR Director, and Nerhan Yilmaz, our In-House Recruiter, had an interesting visit to HMP Wandsworth to provide information to serving prisoners about working in our sector and about the Kinovo Group.
Part of our social value strategy to be inclusive and offer employment opportunities and advice to those people who are considered to be “under-represented” in workforces.
We have a social responsibility to provide sustainable employment opportunities for the under-represented which within our sector includes women, LGBTQ community, BAME and ex-offenders.
