Introducing Purdy’s Customer Service Team; friendly and professional in their approach, and the first people you’ll talk to when calling in. They handle in excess of 400 inbound calls a day, respond to hundreds of Emails and make a significant number of outbound calls to our residents to keep them up to date.
Led by Jake Clarke, Customer Service Team Manager, their focus is to provide a 1st class service to our customers. The Team also support Purdy’s wider internal Contract Management and Administration teams, and our Field Engineers – the face of our Company.
