Purdy’s second Social Value community project that is being carried out for Peabody, is the transformation of this bare patio area at the rear of Paradox Community Centre in Chingford. Dan Baldwin is doing a fantastic job of managing this project, which is going to bring nature to a currently bland concreted area, that will be used by multiple groups of people from toddlers through to elderly generations.
